Delivery is chargeable by the weight and size of product(s) you are purchasing. Costs are calculated at checkout stage.

All products on this site are handmade, as such the lead times vary based on the products ordered. 

Providing your item(s) are in stock we will aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. If the product(s) needs to be made, we aim to send out within 10 working days. Once dispatched, please allow up to 5 working days for UK orders, 10 days for EU orders and 15+ for rest of the world unless otherwise specified. If you have any questions or queries, or any specific delivery requirements, please let us know. You will be notified when your order has been shipped.

Providing that it has not yet been dispatched, we will be able to make the necessary changes.
